Outraged does not mean a vigil on quiet street in NE Portland. Outrage is at Pioneer Square in absolute protest to the inhuman treatment to members in our community. We need a march. We need to be in the street. This is call for a rally and stories to be told. Civil Rights movement was not passive and we shold not be either. OUTRAGE lead the way BRO!
