WHAT: Screening of “for the Bible tells me so”
WHEN: Thursday, August 7 @ 7pm
WHERE: Q-Center, 1028 SE Water Ave., Portland
The Human Rights Campaign will be screening “for the Bible tells me so” at the Q-Center on August 7. This provocative documentary helps to build a reconciliation between the LGTBQ community and the Bible.
The event will be facilitated by Rev. Tara Wilkins, Executive Director of The Community of Welcoming Congregations .
Don’t miss out on this FREE event. The discussion to follow will most likely be more than just thought provoking. In building an inclusive movement Basic Rights Oregon realizes the importance of all our communities in ending discrimination.
