HAWAII: Hawaii’s state Senate voted yesterday not to recall a civil unions bill from its Senate committee. Many consider this a sign that the bill is dead for the session. Find out more from the Honolulu Advertiser.

DELAWARE: Delaware’s legislature is considering two bills that will impact the state’s LGBT community. While the Senate debates a ban on marriage equality, the House is considering a nondiscrimination bill much like the Oregon Equality Act of 2007. Get the full story from Delaware Online.

NEW HAMPSHIRE: After initially voting it down, the New Hampshire House of Representatives voted today to approve a marriage equality bill! The switch is thanks to seven lawmakers who switched their votes. More at New Hampshire’s WMUR.

VERMONT: Despite broad support for Vermont’s marriage equality bill, Vermont Governor Jim Douglas announced yesterday that he intends to veto the bill if and when it reaches his desk. Read more and watch a video report from Vermont’s WCAX, or watch the Governor’s press conference below.
