4. Popina Swim
Pamela Levenson, who grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, has been working in the garment industry for the past 20 years. This experience has given her opportunities to work for Guess? Jeans in Los Angeles, Ca and Paris, France and several of the larger clothing companies in Oregon. Pam began working with swimsuits while in fashion school in Los Angeles when she worked as intern at a prominent boutique bathing suit shop in Hermosa Beach California. At the time Pam never dreamed the skills she acquired cutting, measuring and doing custom suit orders would come in handy in such a direct way. Pam has lived in Northeast Portland, Oregon's Beaumont Wilshire Neighborhood for the last ten years, which is an easy 20 minute walk from her home to the shop.
Popina Swim is swimwear inspired by the past and the great woman who wore them. Born from a vacation to the Mexican Rivera, one of the first swim suit styles was created because Pamela could not find a fashionable swimsuit that fit and flattered. Pamela has always had a passion for styling of the past (40’s and 50’s in particular) and the swimwear is no exception. Reaching back to those areas Pamela has created styles with the influence of days gone by but with the modern convenience of today’s fabric innovations and bathing suit construction. What’s great about Popina Swim is that you can be active or just relax on the beach in style. You will find Popina Swim somewhere between the Copacabana of the 40’s and Ipanema today.

6. Erhart Designs
Erhart Street Wear is a visual fingerprint of who we are and where we are going. Each colorful piece from our lifestyle line is a rebellious statement against the over-produced and under-thought barrage created in the Far East. Employing uber creativity, exotic colors, vintage and mill end fabrics, we ensure that each collection is contemporary and relevant. Erhart Street Wear hollers "Here we are, watch where we go!"
Erhart chooses to work with individuals with the dream to make their marks on the apparel industry. From our fabric buyers to the force of seamstresses, all players employ their individual strengths and skills to become independent forces of change. Erhart believes that a collaborative network of individual agents is necessary to create a dynamic movement that will remain timeless within our industry.
Much like our namesake Erhart focuses on women and men who live the dream. We design for individuals whose social calendar takes them from proper to party within minutes.
