The Organizing Director is responsible for building public support for LGBT equality among Oregon’s electorate and alongside our progressive political partners. This includes overseeing the organization’s efforts to build public support for marriage equality.
This position supports the overall goals of the fundraising program by helping to manage the identification of donors, developing a strategy to grow business relationships, and managing the annual grant program.
After careful consideration and extensive community input, Basic Rights Oregon’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to extend our public education campaign and continue to build public support.
