Last month, Oregon’s Insurance Division announced that private insurance companies doing business in Oregon must end discriminatory exclusions of medically-necessary health care for transgender Oregonians. What does this announcement mean for trans Oregonians? Join Basic Rights Oregon’s Trans Justice program to learn more about this groundbreaking decision and our work to end healthcare discrimination against transgender communities.
