Want to lend a faith voice to marriage equality and LGBT issues?

The partnership of Basic Rights Oregon and Community of Welcoming Congregations (CWC) is committed to supporting an inter-faith leadership team. We are proud to announce the development of a leadership team that emphasizes lifting up the pro-marriage faith voice and educating the LGBT community on the tremendous support the faith community provides.

This amazing group is looking for exciting new members who belong to any faith community as well as those who have a strong commitment to working on marriage equality education with local open and affirming congregations.

The faith group that puts on events like faith film nights, workshops, Sunday social hours, breakfast meet-ups and lots more. If you or someone you know belongs to a faith community and wants to put their skills to work for marriage equality, please have them contact Demi at demi@basicrights.org or 503.222.6151 x129 if you are interested for more information about how to join in on the fun!
