Queer Town Hall: BIPOC Pride

Tune in this Tuesday, June 30 at noon on YouTube Live (https://www.youtube.com/basicrights) for our live-captioned Queer Town Hall.

During Pride month, it’s important to remember that Pride started as a riot against injustice, led by Black transgender women. Now, as thousands are in the street continuing the fight against system racism and oppression, we’re bringing Black and Indigenous LGBTQ community members together to hear about what Pride means to them.

Our esteemed guests include:
-Geeta Lewis
-Flawless Shade
-Zeloszelos Marchandt
-Lukas Soto
-James Dixon
-Alx Kujana
-And more!

Please note: we are trying the noon hour again for this Queer Town Hall!

Sign up to get reminders when the Queer Town Hall goes live. When you engage with the Queer Town Hall by asking a question during the livestream, you’ll be entered to win a Protect Trans Kids tote bag:
