Queer Town Hall: Ending Anti-Trans Violence
As 2020 has seen the most deaths of our trans community members, it’s vital that we as a community look at what we can do to step up, protect our friends, neighbors, and loved ones, and secure an immediate stop to the overwhelming violence against trans people. From banning trans panic defenses through legislation to providing resources and support to trans communities, we have the power to make this happen.
Join us on Tuesday, December 8 at noon on You Tube Live (https://youtu.be/vc1Gg3Bpguk). We’ll talk with trans leaders, community organizations, reporters, and organizers to learn how we can all ensure trans people are enveloped in love and safety.
